Conditions
You can book May cottage by telephone , post or via e-mail . If you would like us to hold May cottage while you confirm your decision or while you send us the deposit, we are happy to do this for five days unless we are within two weeks of the holiday date in which case we need a full payment to secure the booking.
Total Number in the Party.
May cottage can only handle a certain number of guests, so the number of people stipulated in the property description may not be exceeded in any circumstances and only those listed on the Booking Form may occupy the property. A cot may only be occupied by a child aged 24 months or less.
Composition of Parties and Age Limits.
We are essentially providing family holidays and it is our policy not to accept bookings from groups of young people under the age of 25 and/or large all male or all female parties. This policy is not intended to be discriminatory, but is merely to protect our Property.
Pets.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking.
Non-smoking and we would ask you not to smoke under any circumstances

Linen is included.
we provide linen, A change of linen will be provided weekly for bookings of two weeks or more, towels are provided,. They must not be removed from the property so you should bring your own beach towels.
Satellite Television.
Satellite television is available, but the number of channels is limited .
Mobile Telephones.
Most networks work outside of the property however due to the thickness of the external wall reception is poor inside
Minimum Inventory.
